My seahorse has green stuff growning all over it. Is it sick? | |||||
It sounds like your seahorse has algae growing on its skin. This is not uncommon for slow moving seahorses, and in the wild it helps them hide. There can be a range of colors and algae that grow on a seahorse.
If it really concerns you, you can take a baby tooth brush and lightly brush the algae away. This is unnecessary, but some people don't like the look. Related Topics: | |||||
